Mgahinga Gorilla National Park is Uganda's south-western corner of the Virunga volcanoes, with golden monkeys, three volcano summits and Batwa heritage. It sits close to Bwindi and Lake Bunyonyi, so it is easy to add to a gorilla trip.
It makes a gentle half-day alongside golden monkey tracking.
