Uganda Visa and Entry Requirements: E-Visa, East Africa Tourist Visa and Health Rules
Most visitors apply for a visa online before they fly.
Most nationalities need a visa to enter Uganda. The standard route is the official Uganda e-visa system, applied for before travel. The East Africa Tourist Visa can cover Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda on one visa. Some nationalities are exempt, so check the current rules for your passport.
Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months and has blank pages. Uganda has asked arriving travellers for a yellow fever vaccination certificate. See Uganda travel essentials and the travel advisory explained.
